On our estate we grow organic grapes, fruits and vegetables. The poducts sold in our on-site store are grouped as follow: Cold appetizers and sauces: vegetables appetizers, sweet and sour peppers, country-style peppers, parsley sauce, tomato sauce with mushrooms, D'avie sauce (a honey-based souce, makes a savory match with cheese and boiled meats), grapes in mustard syrup, pureed peppers. |
